The first Saratoga Supper Club pop-up wanted an elevated cobalt blue moment at Miami’s Montreux Jazz Festival 2024, and we gave them that. The Saratoga team was super excited to see their brand come to life with textures, tiles, theater-inspired swoops, with an ever-classic subtle art deco touch.

The activation includes a reservation kiosk with awning, custom built L-shape bar for water sampling and chef’s area, as well as a partially concealed dining experience.

MOODBOARD + SKETCHES

The mood board (left) imagines brand photography with motifs from the aesthetic we are pitching. It’s upscale, classic, with just a touch of art deco.

Below, sketching is done to quickly work out potential layouts or back wall displays.

EXPLORATIONS

Although the basic layout was determined early on, we explored a few different concepts before landing on art deco. There was a more textured European coastal look, and a sleek beach-side contemporary look. This is my favorite part- exploring different looks.

FINAL RENDERS + LIVE PHOTOS

We built a 4’ x 8’ awning reservation kiosk- reminiscent of classic restaurants in old New York. The slightly concealed right side of the tent peeks out just enough for guests to see that something fun is happening. And indeed, Saratoga Supper Club featured a dining experience with a featured chef and tasting menu. The render on the bottom right shows the dramatic swoop in Saratoga’s cobalt that gives the space a lux feeling.
